esim doesnt seem to have transferred number


Hi,

 

I had a text yesterday to say my PAC had taken place and my old number has been transferred to my new digital sim. However when my old number is set as the primary sim, no data or calls work. When I set the new number (which I don’t want to use) as the primary sim, it works. 
 

I have tried troubleshooting but nothing seems to help. Thanks!

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service following your port. 

 

Can you please check and confirm that you do not have any other physical or eSIM’s in the handset?

Can you please also confirm the make and model of your handset?

Thanks Natalie - I ended up managing to speak to someone on live chat and the issue was fixed eventually by resetting my network.
