esim not received


Hi, it's been over a week and I've had no contact regarding my esim request... How do I get an update... Or how do I request again because it doesn't give me the option

Was it for a new contract or a replacement iD Mobile SIM card?

If it’s for a replacement SIM you can request it via the iD Mobile account/App.

I’ve not received my eSIM email, with receiving new phone today. Can you advise how I can go about getting this?

Have you checked your spam/junk mail for the email?

Failing that probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sparkleamber   

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
