Hi, need to change my old number and want to add £0 cap , means do not want to go beyond my monthly limit. how I can use my sim in EU and other countries, Can I have list please

    So you want a new number? Are you currently an existing customer? If you are it costs £25 to change it or free with a crime reference number

    Or do you mean you want to join iD Mobile and have a new number?

    Yes, that’s set via the iD app or online account

    Correct, the billing cap stops incurring charges
