Hi Can anyone tell me if the statement below from ID in October 24 is still valid or has the promotion ended now.

I dont recall seeing any statement advising of this

Just to let you know, your EU roaming data limit is 30GB. If you want to use more than that, you’ll need to increase your bill cap.

From my understanding, roaming data in Europe is capped at 30GB. However, to be absolutely sure and to check whether there are any specific limits applied to your account, I’d recommend getting in touch with our customer service team via live chat. They’ll be able to confirm this for you.

Thanks Gemma. My monthly allowance resets tomorrow. With the 30gb roaming allowance also reset from this date?

Yes, that’s correct. All your allowances reset on the same date each month.

Last time i was in europe i took advantage of this promotion where do I stand today in france and itsly is it still unlimited as i have an unlimited plan or is it back to 30gb per month

Kindly note that your roaming allowance for Europe is limited to 30GB. Once this limit has been reached, you will need to increase your bill cap to continue using data services.

 

Below are the steps to change your bill cap:

To change your iD Mobile bill cap, log in to the iD Mobile app or online account and navigate to the "Bills" section. Select "Manage bill cap," adjust the slider or enter a new amount, and tap Save/Confirm to immediately update your spending limit. This feature allows you to control out-of-plan charges.
