Question

every time i try make landline call or send a text i have to use data? i checked coverage ans it said i was fine before joining even the internet is so slow now on my phone what can i do?

Need help why are my “unlimited calls and unlimited texts” having to use data it said I would have good coverage when I checked before joining and says I have a signal when I try but it fails?  Everything is slower now and drags even when it says I have a signal!?

Hi ​@Teelou - calls and texts won’t use data, can I ask what you mean by they are using date please?

Have you tried a reboot of your handset?

Had the links ​@MZone  sent helped at all?

Hi no sorry the links didn’t help as I said I checked mobile devices and if my area is covered before joining and when I try make a call it’s as if the line is dead and then it suggests “use data to call” so I do same with text messages
