Excessive billing!

April 25 billed £30. £10 agreed, paid £20 for add on in USA which didn't work. Spoke to customer services, said I’d have a £20 credit on next bill (so in credit for May and June, resume £10 per month in July?)

7th May 25, just been billed a further £10?

what’s going on? Kindly sort this out or I’m leaving. This is taking up too much time. I shouldn't need to keep checking my bills!!?
