"Exclusive deal"

Hi. I'm trying to purchase an additional SIM only plan, I'm already a customer with phone/sim plan and clicked on the "exclusive deals" link via the app, but the deals/plans are the same for non-customers, as my housemate checked and is offered the same.

How do I find the exclusive deals for current customers?

So you’re logging in (on the 2nd screenshot), click the share to love and it doesn’t register that you’re logged in? - it might be for the reasons I’ve just mentioned or something else - hopefully others might try on their device just to see if theirs is like yours - if it is then it must be an iD issue

Existing customer offers are available via the app or by logging in to your online account. 

Are you seeing offers listed or are they the ones available to view via the normal iD Mobile website?

I'm clicking the "Share the love" in the app to get an additional SIM, which takes me to the "Exclusive SIM only deals for existing customers" on the website, but there are no exclusive deals for existing customers, they are all exactly the same for non/new customers. I spoke to someone on Live Chat and she said there's no exclusive deals for existing customers, only for new customers. I pointed out the "Share the love" link in the app and the Web page it took me too, and she closed the chat.

I’ve just looked it the same advert myself on my app.

 

If you actually log in (on the 2nd screenshot you posted), which actually opens your online account portal, do you both still see the same exclusive deals then?

 

I did sign in and being as my upgrade term ends in 16 days I tried clicking on the same advert again but it did nothing when I clicked on it🙄 but I would expect yours to work - just be careful you don’t inadvertently change your current plan.

I changed the settings to allow all cookies/trackers/pop-ups, tried on Chrome and Edge, but still doing the same. I log in on that second page, which takes me to my account page, click on the "Share the love", and it opens a new window to that second page and says I'm not logged in. Tried on housemates phone and it does the same, so must be ID Mobile issue.

Honestly Chris it was no problem.

 

Well it must be as you’ve ruled out your device and your mates. I did report some dead links a few weeks back. Sounds like this is another one!🙄
