Why are exclusive deals for an existing customer to get an additional line more expensive than buying online on your website. Is the exclusive part being ripped off?

Most mobile provider have this system in place one would if thought a loyal customer would get a reduced few or cost. Having said that when I was with Virgin Mobile beore the went to  Vodafone and then O2 I would get a rebate back onto into may account when I had no service or problem with the service. EE on the other hand would reimburse my my monthly payments each time their network was downnor fault, but Also I spoke to them to reduce the cost I was paying as a loyal customer and they did so. I would pay the discount cost advertised at the time and in some case a much lower monthly cost. ID Mobile it much more difficult to negotiate a deal as ID mobile dont have such mean to negotiate. Some time your able to via the sales line but it pot luck if you get a decent sale agent that listen to you and act on the information, from what I've read on the community.

I guess it's their way (iD Mobile) to draw in new customers and new revenue Im just saying.

Hope you do manage to get a reduction on your plan..
