just had a final demand notice for my daughters account ,she now lives in Canada and cancelled the account 2 years ago tried the automated service and it says balance NIL have tried live chat but they wont talk to me as the account is in her name .they have threatened legal action over £12 all i want is to pay it if it is owed and put it to rest but can’t pay on automated line as it says don’t owe anything
