Fogotten pin number

Had a new Samsung phone to replace a faulty one. Tried to set up new phone using Smart Switch but failed. Asked a friend to do it but was asked for pin number which I had forgotten. Help please!

    Are you referring to the device PIN?

     

    Unfortunately we wouldn’t know your device’s lock PIN number, sorry.
