Hi I'm recently in the process of trying to reclaim my number back due to someone accessing my id mobile account and trying to port it out. I've already made a complaint and been referred to the fraud team. The problem is I have no way of contacting them as phone is disconected, due to issue. So only way is via email as live chat doesn't want to work for me.

So I just need confirmation that the below email is genuine.
