free earbuds with upgrade not received

Hi, I upgraded my phone on Tuesday and chose a plan that came with free ear buds. I received the phone today, but no ear buds. Do they come separately?

    The Google Pixel Buds 2a aren't sent automatically with your order. They need to be claimed separately.

     

    Here's how to claim them:

    Step 1:
    Purchase a Google Pixel 10a (any capacity) between 30/06/2026 and 22/07/2026.

    Step 2:
    Submit your claim between 15/07/2026 and 05/09/2026 by visiting: https://reward-promos.com/budsjuly2026

     

    When submitting your claim, you'll need to upload your proof of purchase and provide the requested information.

     

    Please note that if you return your phone, the Google Pixel Buds 2a must also be returned.
