I've just bought a galaxy 6 smartwatch 4G LTE, and recently switched to ID Mobile around 4 weeks ago, but it seems the 2 aren't compatible.
I can see some threads from a year ago asking about when ID will support eSIMS. Is there any update on when this will be available? Very disappointed with my move to ID if this isn't ready yet.

However as eSIM is now launched we can look into expanding to other devices.

We do now offer eSIM’s but we don’t support smart watches etc just yet.

Ok thanks the update, although given the popularity increase of smartwatches, you would think that ID would be all over it. Surely you must be cutting out a large target market by not being competitive in this area.

As we have just launched eSIM we will try and make sure that everything is running smoothly with handsets first before expanding to more devices.
