Galaxy A41 texts not sending to Germany

Hi,

  • I can receive texts from German numbers
  • I can make and receive calls to German numbers
  • My texts do not arrive to the same German numbers (and there is no error message)
  • I have plenty of credit & data

Any ideas? 

I have a Galaxy A41.

Hello @frankie123, can you send text messages to other international destinations, e.g. France, Denmark et cetera?

Have you double-checked in your iD My Account online that your International option is turned ON?
