Hello there @GHC every network has their advantages and disadvantages while Vodafone was better for you ID Mobile (Three) may be some what limited in certain regions for you. This of course doesn't help you I moved away from Samsung devices as my main device as Samsung has or had issues with the receivers in there device. The same sim card in Samsung devices all gave me a very low to poor reception, whilst the Nothing Phone and Huawei gave me maximum signal strength at my billing address with the same sim card.
May be a bit late for you now but I would try sim cards from different network pay as you go in your device or if family or friends could test the networks out at you home address I take it where your having the problem.
Also check the IDMobile network coverage checker for you postal area but this is a average.

No it's not just my home address it's everywhere. ID should be able to give me the settings for my phone journey their not showing on their Web site
Hello @GHC
Thanks for getting in touch.
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the service.
Are you showing low/no signal in all areas?
Are calls texts and data all impacted?
Do you use mainly 4G?
Thanks,
Nat
I feel the network is well in alot of areas 4g and 5g. I believe it may be a settings issue however on your website it doesn't have the relevant settings for galaxy S25 ultra
Hey there @GHC, which settings are you referring to please?
Thanks,
Tyler

Hey there @GHC, thank you for sharing this.
What makes you believe that your settings could be the issue here?
What’s your full postcode please?
Thanks,
Tyler
M7 is my postcode. I can't think of another reason. And why would it not have the particular settings for my handset which is a very popular phone. I whenever any issues with other networks they have updated the settings and it's been fine. Extremely annoying to have no direct contact and I wish I had stayed with Vodafone
Hi @GHC
Have you tried a networks settings reset?
Please could you let us know the full postcode?
We have direct contact via Facebook, Twitter and Live Chat.
