gave Pac but new number hasn’t changed

Hi I got my new sim and put in another phone until my 3 sim expired due to pac . I then put the ID sim into my iPhone 12 .. trouble is my old number hasn’t imported and on account my new number still showing! How do I get my old number back as I’ve already given pac code to ID Mobile.. thanks

Hmm, well, actually it can take up to 10pm. But all I would say is to restart your phone at 6pm, if it still not changed keep doing that every hour until you see iD as your network.

Then maybe that link above then applies

Just had confirmation via text. I restarted my phone now everything is working fine and I have my old number. Just hope that the signal is as good as 3 was . Although I understand it uses three networks. Cheers all
