I recieved my currys gift card but its invalid. Who to contact about this?

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@deqn.nedev  

The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

When i try to use the card it says “inactive”.

Hi Kash 

It says “Something went wrong. Please try your request again.”

When i try to use the gift card on a purchase from currys it says INACTIVE
