I've just received my currys gift card from I.d mobile but the gift balance is 00.00 no money on it. My deal which qualified me for the gift card was offered to me from I.d mobile and was completed on theire app. So what do I do now.

Hello Customers of ID Mobile.
I contacted web chat yesterday experienced problem for 2weeks now.
Gift Card not Activated.
I D mobile are the problem not Currys, it appears, & they are basically fobbing people off giving them the run around, telling call this tel no email gift card people wait 2weeks for activation. Excuse after excuse. Yesterday finally contacted web chat with Emil told me I need to wait 120 Days b4 Gift Card gets Activated!
Emil claimed she didn’t have authority to sort This issue out but tried to Fob me off with £20 off my Bill. Obviously I said No.
Take pictures of yr web chat with whoever you communicate with as proof.
Best plan of action Make A Complaint & obtain a Reference Number.
If enough of there Customers Complain then hopefully they will honour these Gift Cards given for upgrading etc instead of trying to scam us.
