Hello

 

I did a plan upgrade with a £50 Currys gift card. Do you know how I obtain this please it didn't say on the purchase page. Is it emailed or posted to me? When would this be?

    No it was just a £50 Currys gift card for renewing my plan to 24 months

    Ah, okay ​@Kayjenner. 

    If your SIM only 24-month contract voucher was offered through your My iD Account online or the iD app, probably best to have a web chat with the iD customer service team about your voucher.

    The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

    Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot that you’d like to “talk to a person”.
