So, I signed up with ID mobile in January. There was a £32 amazon gift voucher offer. I wait and get no certirficate. I contact gift cloud who respond with:
they “coordinated with iD Mobile to manually verify your eligibility for the reward. Unfortunately, they have confirmed that your order does not qualify.
This may have happened because the purchase was not completed through the Giftcloud sign-up offer link, browser cookies were blocked, or a VPN or ad blocker was used during the sign-up process. ask for transaction number.
This is nonsense since I have an email from ID mobile which clearly states:
“Thank you for submitting your details for the following offer: £32.50 GIFT CARD If you haven't completed your iD Mobile purchase yet, please use the link below to ensure you're eligible for your reward”.
is this an attempt to weasel their way out of honouring the agreement?
