gifted watch not long in used has stopped charging

i received a free samsung watch when I joined ID mobile,  not had it long but its not charging properly,  tried a new charger and still doesnt ,  can this be replaced??

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Samsung Watch.

 

As you've already tried a different charger and the issue is still happening, we'd recommend contacting Samsung directly. They'll be able to assess the watch and advise on the available repair or replacement options under the manufacturer's warranty.

I have no receipt of the watch,  and my account on the app doesnt show proof of delivery or any evidence of me receiving the offer/items 

so not sure they would do anything,  can you offer advise if how I find proof if delivery?
