Good signal no data


I'm sure this has been asked many times and seems to be a recurring theme of strong signal but no data (BS27). Seems to be getting worse all the time. 

 

When are you going to do some upgrades to serve rural areas. It's even bad in the city of Wells.

 

Wish I could cancel and go to another provider but you have me locked in. 😡😡

Been for ages bs27 3xb no difference with another phone, please read whole comment as it is not just isolated to my home location but basically the whole of Somerset seems to be lack of bandwidth

Total useless all the do is the usual restart your phone etc etc basically get nowhere.

Really let try and make it as complicated as possible for people. I clicked on you make a complait box. So logically you would think I was making a complaint not wanting to go through a list of what to make the cutomer do. Model of phone etc , update software etc etc  Having been on the chat for half an hour only to be cut of, and if restarting i have to wait 1 hour i need to go and calm down. I do have other thing to do rather than go around in circles with a customer service agent whos only job is to not let me leave. To be honest will probaby have to just take the hit and leave WIN WIN for you which is what ID mobile wnated all along😡😡

Taking a look the area of BS27 3XB is a weak area for our signal, we’d expect issues with signal here.

 

What difficulty are you having making a complaint? The process is quite easy, you’ll be able to do it via the Live Chat, by calling the team or by post.

 

If the Live Chat team are trying to go through make, model, software etc that just means they’re trying to resolve your issue.

 

How long have you had issues in BS27 3XB?

Your complaint team response was basically, ok so you have a poor signal if you want to leave your going to have to pay

Tried to palm me off with network upgrades in progress . Not according to three 

 

Basically tough.

Even if it was a poor signal are still poor signal in other areas.

Just to add to this thread, I’ve also been having issues in BS27 3AP for a number of months now - worked absolutely fine for a number of years until then. Mobile data just simply does not work anymore. I have been through the process many times with advisors checking the issue is not with my phone. It definitely is the case that the issue is with the local signal/mast. 3 are now acknowledging there is an issue on the service checker but it has been like this for a while now with no ETA on a fix. I am paying for a service that is not being provided. Please advise as unless the issue is resolved shortly, I will be changing provider.
