Have not received gift card from giftcloud.com

I signed up for a 12 month contract with iD mobile through an advert which offered a £20 Currys or Amazon Gift Card after 90 days from purchase. I made the purchase on 24/01, it is now 13/06, therefore almost 5 months have passed. The e-mail suggested that after 90 days I fill out an Office forms link, but when I clicked on it, it said to wait 120 days. So I filled it out I believe on the 122nd day (25/05) and have not received any reply back from giftcloud.com. They do not offer any direct e-mail. I hope I can get some help from iD Mobile themselves. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for that suggestion. I will send that address an e-mail momentarily. I did look at other posts however and it looks like it was only resolved by iD Mobile staff intervention (through PMs). So I’m hoping a staff member (as I understand you are not a staff member) can reply in due course. But as mentioned I will send an e-mail to that address as well.

EDIT: Sent an e-mail just now, got an automated response telling me to fill out the form, which I replied saying I already did, no response since so hopefully this will now be escalated to a human. I will update this post accordingly if I hear anything otherwise if a staff member can still offer their input that would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem, and have been waiting for seven months, since December 2023! I have tried numerous ways to get my £20 voucher, but all to no avail.

I’ve just tried again today by contacting Giftcloud directly using this link: GIFTCLOUD - CONTACT US FORM
 

I’ll just have to wait and see what happens next, terrible customer service!

I sent an e-mail to the address that andewhite provided, and after the automated response, I got a quick response the next day asking for the order confirmation e-mail, although I don’t have this anymore because my e-mails don’t go this far back I gave them the bill invoices to prove my genuine custom, this was 4 days ago and haven’t heard back from them since, have sent another e-mail requesting an update so we’ll go from there.

Regardless, it might be beneficial to you if you write to that e-mail address and, if you have already filled out the Office form, you can simply say this in response to the automated e-mail and it should go through to a human.

I filled out the Office Form twice, if that’s the one you’re referring to, and I didn’t get a response. Then I tried Chat, which they escalated, and then I got a reply from someone called Andrei Toma, an AdOps Specialist working for Awin, whoever they are, who said “the sale hasn't tracked in Awin, however we are working with Giftcloud and ID Mobile to get your voucher to you.” That was twelve days ago, and another two emails from me, but nothing has happened, again. I’ll see what happens with the Giftcloud enquiry form. I went through MSE, so I might contact them, and also leave some feedback on Trustpilot, as that seems to get a response! It looks like this is deliberate to me, I wonder how many people just give up. 😡

Has your MSE Blagged voucher or cashback not arrived?

If your voucher hasn’t arrived, contact us at voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com and please include your full name, order date, order reference & email you signed up with. We’ll pass these onto the relevant company to sort but do check the T&Cs first to ensure you're due the voucher now.

Sorry to hear that your voucher hasn’t arrived, we’d recommend contacting Giftcloud/MSE directly via uk-idmobile@awin.com for support as this is their offer, not iD Mobiles.

Just to update this thread, I received the gift card today, not too sure what caused it to appear all of a sudden, but since my last reply 7 days ago I contacted iD Mobile on the live chat whom suggested I e-mail documents@idmobile.co.uk. The only response I got from them was to prove my identity with name/DoB etc which I did, haven’t received a response from them since but have received the gift card.

Again, not sure if it was iD Mobile themselves that stepped in or if my prior contact using the initial awin e-mail address that @andewhite suggested finally processed, but alas, all is well.

@soulrelbelno1 I hope you manage to get yours soon, contacting iD Mobile through the live chat like I did and/or use the e-mail, thankfully I didn’t have to contact MSE.

My voucher arrived in my inbox today, as well. I had contacted Giftcloud directly on Tue, 18/06/24 and a ticket was raised, it was supposed to take 24hrs, but it took a week, par for the course!
