havent recieved gift card and ID saying they cant find it

Has this happened to anyone else? I didn’t receive my gift card despite this being offered when I took out the contract and now ID are saying they can’t find a gift card under my email (despite the fact it clearly shows this email address on my ID account) and therefore I won’t be getting one?! Im wondering if this is just a ploy to get sign ups.

Hi Anika, direct from ID mobile I purchased the contract. I’ve spoken with Avuyile this morning who has emailed the claims team so am waiting to hear from them.

I had similar to above, though I’ve now heard back that my order wasn’t tracked.

 

In the sea of phone providers I thought I’d give IDMobile a go and the offer of a voucher made it worthwhile. From the early days the signal has been atrocious, especially in comparison to other providers and if not in a contract waiting for a voucher I would not have paid for a second months worth.

 

Without the prospect of a voucher, consider me burnt. I will not use IDMobile again and will recommend others to keep clear. Better to get a one month rolling SIM provider than be stuck in a 12 month contract with poor signal. I’m going to pay the contract off in one lump sum and move to 1pmobile, who are much better as they piggyback off EE

I’m sorry to hear that, it sounds like you purchased through a third party who offered a gift card, is that correct?

 

If so, we’d recommend speaking to that third party directly.

 

All iD Mobile plans have a cooling off period in which you’d be able to return your plan should you be unhappy with the signal, was this an option you’ve considered?

I have just upgraded and it say claim a Chromebook. But there is no instruction on how to do it atall. And when I go on the site to claim it the Samsung chromebook deal now showin. Does anyone know how to claim it ?

Claims must be submitted by 01/11/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/galaxygift2025

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.

If the purchase is returned, ‘Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go’ must also be returned.
