Hello - How do I blacklist my phone.

Hello - How do I blacklist my phone. It was stolen and I reported (to the police and ID Mobile) it but it's not shown as blacklisted and I need this confirmation for my Insurance claim.

The network operator would normally add the IMEI of the stolen device to a block-list, ​@alan179.

What did iD advise when you reported your device was stolen?

Unfortunately, there are several block-list databases and network operators don’t necessarily use each block-list.

I provided my IMEI number so the SIM was blocked and a new one provided - that’s it.

I’m now being told by the insurance company that the phone/device is showing as ‘unblocked’ and I need to provide proof that it is blacklisted by July 30.
