Hello - How do I blacklist my phone. It was stolen and I reported (to the police and ID Mobile) it but it's not shown as blacklisted and I need this confirmation for my Insurance claim.

I provided my IMEI number so the SIM was blocked and a new one provided - that’s it.I’m now being told by the insurance company that the phone/deviceis showing as ‘unblocked’ and I need to provide proof that it is blacklisted by July 30.Thanks andewhite!

Only 1 entry per person is permitted, duplicate entries will not be entered into the draw.
