I have been provided with PAC code and have upgreaded to an e-sim. However can change my old number. Can you assist please.
I have new contract with ID mobile to ID mobile. I dont want to keep the old contract, just my phone number.

We understand that you would like to keep your existing mobile number but move it onto your new iD Mobile contract.
Please note that a PAC code cannot be used to transfer a number internally between two iD Mobile accounts. PAC codes are used when moving a number from another provider to iD Mobile.
As both your old and new contracts are with iD Mobile, the number cannot be transferred directly between the two accounts. To keep your existing number, the usual process would be to complete the upgrade on your original iD Mobile account rather than taking out a new separate contract.
Another option would be to move the old number to another provider using the PAC code and then transfer it back to the new iD Mobile contract; however, this can sometimes cause issues and is not the recommended route.
