Hi, I switched to ID last week and received my phone Saturday, after initial problems with my PAC and then logging into the app, I've now changed the date of my direct debt. However my first bill doesn't show as going out until 1st November, but I got my phone 30th August?! That's 3months away

If your bill was already emailed to you BEFORE you changed your direct debit date, it’d still come out on the date it usually would have, it wouldn’t be affected by your direct debit date change.

 

The next bill would be affected by the change and would likely include a billing period of over a month (the usual billing period being 30 days).

Thats only 2 days over 2 months.

Message iD on Facebook Messenger, they usually reply reasonably quickly.

You can always make a payment in advance if you are worried.
