I have recently moved over to id mobile and brought my old number across. Before the transfer was complete I could ring and receive calls from the id SIM card number but since the transfer I can no longer make calls or receive them. When I try to call nothing happens and the phone shows call failed. When people try to ring me they get the ringing tone but nothing comes through to my handset
I have tried resetting the phone network settings taking out the SIM card and am now on my second SIM card which has been activated but still no joy.
does any one have any suggestions or fixes
