Hello

I'm  still struggling to make and receive calls and I'm not getting a direct answer as to whether the issue has been resolved.  I use my phone for work and this is causing a lot of frustration.

What phone do you have?

Is it on the Approved Handsets list for use with the VoLTE (4G) network?

Have you recently moved to iD Mobile? ‘Your switch can happen anytime between 10am-6pm on your chosen date. You'll also receive a text from us as soon as your number has been transferred to iD’.

Have you checked the coverage for your area?

When you say ‘I'm  still struggling to make and receive calls’ does this mean you are unable to do both or is it an intermittent problem?

Can you still use your data and send/receive texts?

Do you VoLTE enabled on your phone? You need to connect to LTE (AKA VoLTE - Voice over LTE) to make/receive calls. 4G is only a label given to the 4th Generation network but LTE is the type of connection used.

We recently had a call outage last week, that’s now been resolved.
