OMG!! Why is it so difficult to talk to a actual person that works at I.d mobile?? I was sent a email with a offer of 3 months of free apple TV, music and arcade, they sent me the email on 20/03/25 but the offer hade already expired on 03/03/25 so like a idiot I ended up paying for it all not noticing the error till after the fact! Replied to the email for I.d but was told they don't get read and to do it via the app. BUT HOW!! PLEASE HELP!!!
