help cant reach anyone


I have got a new phone and need a new sim from you to go in it, I have tried ringing and constantly get cut off, your online chat doesnt work.

 

I pay you every month!! Please please send me a new sim

I can’t get hold of anyone either and need to cancel a contract because my son has lost his phone and I don’t have the account log in details - it’s so frustrating!!! It’s a sim only deal and is out of contract, can I just cancel the direct debit?
