I have recently taken out a contract for a phone with a new phone number and handset via a third party. I want to bring my old phone number over to this phone, but my old number is also with ID (was a sim only contract done directly). I am unable to process a pac code in the normal way because it’s the same network , but I do not want to lose my old number. Currently have 2 plans running to keep my number on old phone, please help!

I need help changing my phone number as I am getting people phoneing me and leaving voice mail messages as this as been going on since the 22nd of February up till today as have had to phone the police as I am waiting for a phone to come back from the police officer thank-you.

Sorry to hear that and we can certainly look at changing the number free of charge if you have a crime reference number.
Without a crime reference number, number changes are £25.
