I have found it enormously difficult to get onto this site to ask this question (see image below)
For most of the time since I signed up about in early March I have had this image.
Requesting a new password has never ever been successful, as I have never received an email with a reset password from ID mobile and I can only access this ID community through Facebook.
It is a small price to pay for 45 GB of data and unlimited calls and unlimited texts for signing up for 24 months, so I don’t really mind, but would like to get this sorted out eventually.
Please can someone help me?
