    Hi @Zlr2705

Although you have unlimited minutes, some numbers are not included within the standard allowances, even if they appear to be UK numbers. This can include certain service, forwarding or specialist numbers.
This is also the same for shortcode messages and MMS messages that contain pictures, photos, GIFs, videos or sound clips, as they also incur a charge.

The issue may be happening as the calls you have made are falling into one of the excluded chargeable categories listed on the iD Mobile website.
You can find the information here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/call-charges.

If you wish to carry on being able to connect to these numbers then you will need to increase your bill cap to account for the extra charges:-

    • Open the iD Mobile app or login online
    • Go to My Services
    • Select Bill Cap
    • Increase the bill cap amount
    • Save the changes

Once updated, wait a few minutes and then try calling again.

    Hope this helps x

    Hi @Zlr2705

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to make calls despite having unlimited minutes and having paid your bill.

Your unlimited calls allowance covers standard UK calls, but calls to certain chargeable or premium-rate numbers aren't included. If your Bill Cap is set to £0, these calls will be automatically blocked, which may explain why you're hearing that you've reached your limit.

If you're trying to call a chargeable number, you'll need to increase your Bill Cap to allow the call to go through. Please be aware that this may result in additional charges.

If you're unable to call standard UK numbers as well, please let us know the number you're trying to contact and the exact message you're receiving, and we'll be happy to investigate this further.
