help! text received that data is used up! only joined yesterday

Hi! I’m totally new to this network and things have not started well.

 

i joined up yesterday and I am on a 50gb sim only plan. I’ve just received a text from Id saying I’ve used 30gb data roaming and now it’s showing on my phone I’ve no mobile data!! I’ve tried logging into app but it says there’s a fault!

 

can someone help me please!!

Looks like a disconnection request was made to leave iD Mobile. Is that correct?
