Dear staff,

I tried to call my wife as usual and suddenly I cannot since yesterday. I received the following message:

“sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”

I restart my phone, rest networks and updated software etc and it still does not work.

interestly, I can receive call, send and receive messages and access internet. Just unable to make phone calls.

can you please have a look?
