    Example postcodes of where you experience issues
    Are you connecting via 4G or 5G (if both please confirm) 
    What is your handset make/model

    Hi Natalie 

    Thanks for the reply yes I have a Samsung 24 and I've been on the 4G also tried the 5G to see if it makes any difference. Removed cleaned and inserted sim with no joy. I am ML4 region.    Leeane
