Hi there

 

i have deleted my eSIM and need to request a new one. I can’t log into my account as I do not have access to my mobile number because the eSIM has been deleted.

You don’t need access to your number to login to your account via the iD Mobile website.

Simply login here:

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login

Then, click Plan > Your SIM/eSIM > Request a replacement SIM or eSIM
