Hi Guys I've just join ID mobile, but I would like to keep my old number from Lebara, I've got PAC number so what can I do to stay with my old number being with ID? It's really important to me to have my old number instead of new one. Please help

Ask an iD agent to process your PAC, to move your old number from Lebara to iD Mobile.
The iD agents normally work until 8pm on weekdays - good luck.
Cheers mate, but I can't login in all my passwords are correct, is there any fon number I can ring? I think I quicker leave that network that I have join in... just giving up. Never thought it's gonna be so difficult to speak with any ID advisor... just shock

Unfortunately, iD are 100% online for help & support - there’s no telephone support.
You can only chat to people online using their live chat service.

My life chat does not launching for some reason mate it's saying I need some 4 digits pin code. Its not easy at all for a starters seems like... 😕
+26The 4 digit PIN is your customer service PIN.
It’ll be in the SMS from iD - they send it to you when you start using the iD SIM in your phone.
