Hi Tyler

£39 seems like alot money for changing the DD date a couple of days ive changed direct debit dates before and never had a charge I find it disingenuous to not state that.

Hey there @joewol, as mentioned, you’re not actually being charged more, you’re just being charged for more of your contract at once, as you decided to change your direct debit.

This can be found online via our direct debit page.

https://www.idmobile.co.uk/directdebit#:~:text=How%20does%20changing%20my%20Direct,on%20your%20new%20bill%20date.

As your billing period is longer, you therefore owe more for the longer billing period, otherwise, changing your direct debit date would technically make your contract cheaper.

I hope that makes sense.

Thanks,

Tyler
