Why is my bill so high , I have just upgraded and it’s well over the amount it was suppose to be?

What is the time interval of the high bill, @Sarahjane1993

Is it 1-month, or for a longer time period?

Pro rata billing. Your bill does say what you’re being billed for, read the dates.

Hey there @Sarahjane1993, pro-rata bills are when you change plan, and it’s a mixture of your old plan and new plan cost for the first month only. The link sent by @andewhite summarises this.

Thanks,

Tyler
