Hello I travelled to Turkey on the 21/4/24 and returned on 26/4/24...my latest 2 bills have been  £73 and £55 .. I understand that this is probably data roaming but dont understand why I've been  2 high bills...

Okay @Louise Cantwell, the 01-May-2024 to 30-May-2024 bill period would have your Turkey roaming charges.

Not sure about May 2024, but it looks like there might be some out-of-plan charges incurred in May, which appear in the bill period 31-May-2024 to 30-Jun-2024.

Perhaps iD Mobile have made a mistake, but each iD bill should show you itemised charges for calls, texts, data, and anything else, @Louise Cantwell.

Have you checked through the itemised sections of both bills, for details of the extra charges?

What’s your monthly billing period, @Louise Cantwell

Each bill should show the FROM and TO dates for the billing period covered by the bill.

Hi @Louise Cantwell

The charges themselves would be completely based on your usage while connected to a network in a non-inclusive zone, to avoid out of allowance charges, we’d recommend settings a bill cap you’re comfortable with.
