I bought the new honor 400 pro, it comes with a few free items, watch, ear clip and a speaker, I've usedy IMEI number and followed the steps but nothing is worlikg.

@Calvin Rogers Did you get it work in the end? I just redeemed my wife's, and I had difficulty, until I realised I had to put "iD Mobile" in exact case, not "ID Mobile" to get to the next stage. I hope this helps?
