How are new customers supposed to get support from this company?

Hi. Are there any tricks people know of to be able to talk to an actual human at ID mobile? I recently placed an order for an esim. I have received the welcome email and it has been several days but I’m yet to receive the e-sim.

The online chat is completely useless for me as I just get stuck in a loop as I don’t have a phone number for the ID sim yet.

The eSIM should be in another email sent around the same time as the Welcome email, have you checked junk/spam?
