how can i end my contract early

My phone doesn't have any signal at home...I've used WiFi calling which works occasionally however the WiFi can be hit and miss and making and recieving calls are difficult. 

 

I use the Samsung s24 phone. 

It's just not ideal

Is this just indoors? Have you tried a reboot?

Hey! 

 

No its outdoors has well. I've the issue for a since ive had the phone and just got on with it but due to relocating next week I believe I'm going to have the same issue at the next area. It's due to upgrade in February but want to see how I can exit now to be honest.

OK ​@Amyrl , have you checked the coverage in your new area? Did you check the service status to see if there were any current issues reported?

You can exit early if you wish, but you would owe the remainder of the payments due and you would pay this as a termination fee.

We can pop you a message and run through some further trouble shooting with you if you like?

I have and both postcodes say the coverage is good indoor and outdoor but it doesn't work. 

 

Could I find out how much the exit fee is please
