how can i find what information i need to login?

I have logged into my account with email and password but my information doesn't seem to match (phone number, last name and date of birth). Since I am unsure of what information needs to be input, how do I login?

    The link didn't really help. I also cannot check my bills to see the last name since I'm logged out.

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Mylo Copeland     

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
