how can i get OTP pin which only appears on my lost simcard number

Hi I lost my simcard which I used its number to registered for some aacounts and application so I need to change those number , in  order to do that I need an OTP which only appears on my lost simcard any help

It might be an idea to report your SIM has been lost, ​@Maç Kizzy.

Your mobile number is connected to the iD Mobile network, and so if you get a replacement SIM, from iD, it’ll have the same mobile number.

I am writing in response to the final demand notice issued on 20th February 2025 regarding my ID Mobile account (Account No. REMOVED). I want to pay the charge.

Due to the loss of my SIM card, I am unable to visit the ID Mobile website, use the mobile app, or contact customer support via idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support.

Please what can I do?

Hey there ​@SonyaL, you can make payment via the automated phone-line, via a non-iD Mobile SIM card. Please follow the below:

 

You can call our iD Mobile Payment Line on 0333 003 7777

You'll be asked for your mobile number so please enter: [INSERT NUMBER HERE]

Select Option 2 for Payments & Billing

Select Option 2 again for Making a payment

Your current balance is [INSERT BALANCE HERE]

You'll hear a message of the current balance and if this is correct, press Option 1 to pay this balance. 

If the balance is incorrect, please ignore the amount you hear and press Option 2 to pay a different amount.

Enter the amount in Pence followed by # to make the payment for this amount.

For example - £10.50 you'd enter 1050 followed by #

You'll hear the amount entered and press 1 to confirm.

Then proceed to make the payment.

hi ​@Tyler thank you so much for the reply! You really made my day.
 

now do I cancel the number? When i call and enter my ID customer service pin, they keep making me make a new pin and not reset it. I just reported it lost does that work to suspend the payments

Thanks for your reply. 

The SIM being reported as lost does not cancel the account so this would need to be requested. 

We can either arrange for the disconnection or get a replacement SIM arranged for you. 

How would you like to proceed?
