I want to speak to a person 

I don’t have a signal when I’m out and about I want to reduce my monthly payments as they are to high I am finding it difficult to find £40 every month 

but they say I have to pay £620 to buy my self out of my contract I didn’t realised I was in a 24 months contract that wasn’t me clear to me

    Hey there ​@Dik, to reduce your monthly payments, you’d need to upgrade when you’re eligible to, to a cheaper plan.
