How can I transfer my mobile number from another network to ID Mobile? There is no option to speak to someone via 7777. There were no agents available on the live chat and it didn’t let me join a queue until an agent became available. The chatbot couldn't even recognise my question.

Hi,
Thank you for all the helpful replies. I did manage to watch a video on how to keep my old number, but alas it failed. I did manage to “speak to a person” via the chatbot, but they got the same error I had. They did confirm though that the PAC code I received from Sky wasn’t valid. I called Sky and got a new PAC code, and that sorted it.
