How do i add a 2nd subscription in the new app?

I successfully added my main subscription.

When I tried to add a 2nd subscription, I got through the number/surname/dob screen, but the confirmation text never arrived. How do I register this subscription please?

Hi,

I assume the ‘other’ phone (with iD service) is on and receiving calls and texts in general?  For days, I’ve seen lots of reports of folk not getting the registration SMS in the last 1-2 weeks (since the upgrade work and fallout).

Yes, I tried calls and texts to make sure the phone was fully active. Having read a little more, it looks like a symptom of the upgrade work.

Well, it took a while, but texts eventually started to come through. So, we are now fully registered.
